Norma Jean Gehle, age 72 of Celina, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at the Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Home at Shane Hill in Rockford.  She was born the daughter of the late Raymond and Carrie (Miesse) Gehle on December 26, 1953 in Celina, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Robert Gehle, Thomas Gehle, Harold "Buck" Gehle, her sister Marjorie Fowler and her brother-in-law David Wenning.

She is survived by her brother Paul (Joy) Gehle of Rockford and two sisters Linda (David) Wenning of Celina and Sheila (Jeff) Houseworth of Celina and several Nieces and Nephews.

She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home , with Deacon Marty Brown officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery in Celina.  The family will receive family and friends from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30a.m. on Saturday at the funeral Home.  Memorial Contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Endowment Fund.  Condolences may be share with the Gehle family on-line at LehmanDzendzelFH.com.
