Sheila Goldsberry Obituary

Shelia Diane Goldsberry, age 77 of Montezuma Ohio, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys. She was born the daughter of late Roger and Dorothy (Manor) Duncan on July 27, 1946 in Xenia. She was a 1964 graduate of Celina Senior High School. On December 4, 1964, she married Joe Goldsberry who passed away on July 27, 1992. She is survived by her loving children Lila Miller of Montezuma, James (Rachel) Goldsberry of Montezuma, grandchildren Jerry Miller, Riley Miller, Hannah Goldsberry, Grace Goldsberry, Katherine Goldsberry, two great grandchildren Cayden Conley, Jayden Metzger, sisters and brothers-in-law Cheryl (Ron) Kline of St. Marys, Carol (Tony) Seitz of Montezuma, sisters-in-laws Shirley (Roger) Rutschilling of Osgood, Arlene Crumpler of Montezuma, and brother-in-law Newt Owens of Savannah, GA.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Philip Crumpler, Gary Duncan, Jerry Crumpler, sisters and brother-in-law Patty (Mike) Stucky and Beverly Owens.
Sheila was employed at Buck Tavern, Docks Inn, Zuma Thru and the Southshore Sportsman Club. She was a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns. She was a people person and loved the company of others.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 2-7p.m. on Friday, February 2, 2024 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home. Private family burial will be in the Burge Cemetery at a later date with Rev.
